Complaints

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Contact us and tell us about your complaint.

 

We will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly. We will try to resolve any complaint within five working days. If this is not possible, we will contact you within that time to let you know how long we estimate that it will take to resolve your complaint. 

 

If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 14 days, please contact Don Shields on 0419 390 303 or put your complaint in writing to him at the address below.
